The hotel is very well located for a siteseeing trip to Dresden. We found the Hotel and rooms extremely well appointed; comfortable, charming, and spotlessly clean. Excellent Wine Stube, terrace, and resturaunt on site, and located in a quiet.and safe neighborhood. The inclusive breakfast was fantastic! Every contact with staff and service was bright, positive, and helpful. An excellent find and an excellent value.
Everything was great

Great value for money. Good location. Has secure parking. Excellent staff - very friendly and helpful. Modern, clean, quiet and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again if in the Dresden area.
The name - conveys nothing about the quality of the hotel.

The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing maps, directions, and even selling tram tickets. The location was convenient, with a short stroll to the main city sights or a quick tram ride just a few steps away.
The Wi-Fi connection was quite unreliable and often unusable. It was frustrating to have such an inconsistent internet connection during my stay.

Nice hotel, clean modern facities, well maintained. Good sized rooms, very quiet as in a residential location. Staff are friendly with good English language skills. Excellent breakfast and restaurant facility.
Free wired Internet connection available for the room, but no wi-fi available for IPhone or smartphones. Great location if you have your own transport. Walk and then tram ride or taxi to restaurants and shopping in new city.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and well designed. Tyhe rooms were not fancy but were very comfortable and nice. The staff was very professional and as helpful as they could be. The hotel's restaurant was first-class and one can eat in a lovely garden in warm weather.

We stayed at a hotel located in a beautiful quiet safe neighborhood. It is a residential area but just a short walk from all downtown attractions. the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff was friendly. the breakfast was superb with a varied choice of delicious options. We also appreciated the convenience of public transportation nearby, making it easy to explore the city. a great location and enjoyable stay.
The entry system for after hours was confusing with doors that wouldn't open.

Very nice hotel, clean and cosy rooms, with much attention to detail. It is located in on of Dresden's most privileged neighborhoods. Internet is for free, just ask the receptionist to give you a cable. The restaurant serves outstanding food and is not expensive, I recommend the tables in the winter garden. All in all you get more than you would expect from a 3-star hotel of this price class. I strongly recommend this hotel for whoever needs a quiet place to relax after a hard day at work.

We were made most welcome at this well-cared for, attractive, quiet and well established Hotel located in a tree-lined residential area 7 mins. walk down to a frequent tram (8 min. ride into the centre.) Excellent restaurant meals served each evening. Secure car parking at the rear.

The hotel is really nice although it is located outside of the city center. There is a tram going to the downtown. There is a nice restaurant and a wine cellar where you can have a glass of good local wine after a long day. I liked that the hotel provides what a traveller really needs: tasty breakfast, comfortable room and well working bathroom (not cold at all, after shower there was no water on the floor neither moister came to the room).
The safe in the room didn't work, however it didn't bother me much as my belongings were not even moved from the original place. Another point is that the noise from the street is heard in the room, but according to my experience this is very usual in many other good hotels.
